It was reported to have happened in Sierra Blanca, Texas where a drug sniffing dog uncovered pot in his vehicle. Hammer posted bail of $1,000 after staying in jail for one day.

According to arrest records he was found in possession of 0.02 ounces of marijuana, three medicinal marijuana cookies and one brownie.

A border patrol dog directed authorities to a brown backpack located between the driver and passenger seat.

Hammer... admitted the bag and its contents belonged to him.

@tweeeeenkies3 Actually it has been proven that if you use a vaporizer, or just cooking with hemp butter( like Mr Hammer), that marijuana is completely harmless. There are more ways to use marijuana than just smoking it.

But, to me, any drug like pot, cocaine, meth, anything like that, should be illegal.
They are addictive, make you do things you would not usually do, and makes you look like trash.

Thats just my opinion...

@tweeeeenkies3 It has also been proven that the withdrawal symptoms of caffeine are worse than marijuana. So basically it is less addictive than caffeine. Should that be made illegal also?
I agree that cocaine, meth, and even controlled prescription drugs should be illegal, but California has proven that the decriminalization of Marijuana could be extremely be beneficial to the US in solving its economic crisis.

I am not against drinking (I hate it, but not against it)...But, I am 100% against anyform of smoking.

Smoking cigarettes, weed, anything.

Alcohol is legal today, but that hasn't always been the case. Which intoxicants get declared illegal is usually arbitrary and subject to the whims of the most puritanical groups of the era. In our grandparents' lifetime they could purchase both cocaine and marijuana legally.

If you don't like something, don't partake in it.

@tweeeeeenkies3: I'm against smoking as well - but we can't change what we have. If anything, I'd have them swap the legalization of tobacco with the legalization of marijuana. Marijuana is not lethal and has even increased lifespans, makes you peaceful and probably doesn't smell as bad as cigarettes. :P I don't know how it smells, but it can't be much worse than cigs lol

I think alcohol is very stupid.
I don't like nicotine, and caffeine is very addicting.
I just have a problem with forms of smoking, really.

And, that is because my family is filled with smokers, and all are either extremely sick, or dead, because of smoke.
I just really hate smoke, that's all.

@spiderfan- i dunno what kinda coke you're doing where you rip mirrors off walls but that does sound like a blast. my friends usually just grab any sturdy flat surface. like a dvd cover or guitar(my personal favorite).
