Never saw the original but i have faith in this movie. The white parts on the statues seem to show they're still not 100% complete. Maybe some more 'weathering'll do the trick to make it more realistic :)

Why ruins? Wouldnt this be in the heyday of the past when everything was relatively kept up and new? I notice this with the original Clash.

What's the big deal about being the first replier if you don't say any crap that is worth saying. I'm big fan of the first movie, and all of it's cheesy ass fx. I'm quite sure with today's technology, this movie is going to kick some bootay.

Not sure those traffic cones are really in keeping with the greek mythos and time era. They best sort that out pronto!
