I WISH IT TOOK UP MORE OF THE LEFT CORNER, MAYBE SOMETHING MORE GRANDER, AND THE YELLOW..ITS BEEN THE BACKGROUND COLOR FOR FOREVER AND A DAY.MAYBE SOMETHING MORE 3 DIMENSIONAL..I SAY MAKE A CONTEST, CMB FANS THROW YOUR ART IN AND THEN WE ALL TAKE A POLL AFTER A LRGE VARIETY HAS BEEN TURNED IN, SUBMIT WHAT YOUD LIKE TO SEE, IVE SEEN THE ART WE THROW IN HERE, IF EVERYONES SO (MEH..), PUT IT TO EVERYONE AND THE IDEAL LOGO WILL COME FROM US..ISNT THAT HOW CMB ALWAYS WORKED? I personaly don't mind the yellow. It's easy on the eyes. I don't like it when they put up a different background when a movie comes out or somethin'. "Light" is the way to go and Yellow is better than white. Has more personality. As for the logo, after seeing it, i can't for the life of me, think of a better one. I mean, i really like it. Sure, if there was a contest, i'd try my hand in it but i doubt it would be better than that one.

CBM- Oh, Grif actually told me my pick for Lobo was good!!! If i wasn't sitting down, i would have broken a hip! LOL But i like our Grif ;)

I am really liking the explosion of in the distance that has reached the Heroine in its light or even threatens to send a shockwave over CBM. The light / blast is like the news or the information that is new and relevant. Who knows whats going to happen,when the bomb drops but i do know this CBM will be there when it does. Tongiht is a full moon here in Sacramento and you have my blessings during this LUNACY, I love it! And i Put my thang on it. Shibazz is Mutha Fu@kin out Yo!

Corndog, I totally agree. They are the creators of the site, if you don't like what they do, [frick] off and don't come back. Otherwise, shut it and enjoy.

CBM, I think Grif does need a visit from the hug patrol lol. Ahhh, he's an ornery asshole, but not overtly so and even when I disagree with him, I can't help but appreciate the forwardness of his posts.

Nice Lobo there Shaman but I like Kevin Durand for Lobo. I like JDM as an actor...he was the perfect demon-hunting dad in Supernatural and as The Comedian in Watchmen but I like Kevin for the big mean pugly dude!

I like the new CBM logo with the big CBM on the front! It's simple yet effective! I don't think I could come up with a better one myself and I've actually done a couple logos for others and one for my own business.

Everyone, I just finished making some adjustments to the modified layout, etc. I've checked it IE 7, IE 8 and FireFox . For me everything looks as it should. If it's a little jacked up for you, try clearing your cache. It may be an issue of your browser caching the old stylesheet.

As for the logo, I love the idea of our users giving it a shot. I definitely won't have my feelings hurt if someone can create a better one than this one that Jim and I put together :o)

Oh, and we tried to keep the changes to a minimum... The main goal was to get a more iconic logo and get the news moved UP a bit on the homepage ;o)

IM BACK! ...for only about 10mins unfortunately! I finally had my repaired laptop sent back only to find that the idiots over at Acer didnt send the power adaptor back with it!! :(

Anyway, while Im here...

ComicBookMovie: I think that the new logo is excellent guys! Though, Im a fan of the original CBM logo I think an image like that is a really good iconic symbol for this great site! Brilliant work guys! :)

I like it, but can you make it where it also sits up their next to the http://?

That way I can add the logo to my browser's favorites list and use it as a quick link.

...kind of like the one at Yahoo, Youtube, Myspace, Amazon, and so on.
