POLL: Which Of These Rumoured Actresses Do You Want To See Play JESSICA JONES?

Alexandra Daddario... but that might just be because I have a huge crush on her.

I voted for Jollem. She needs to catch her big break or she will just troll the Internet forever.

Daddario, though she looks young to play Jessica Jones.

Teresa Palmer would be my choice. Her or Ritter.

Daddario can't act and looks nothing like Jessica.

Stop voting for her because she has bewbs people.

I don't really know any of these actresses, so I can't pick one.

But the popular choice (Daddario) is way too hot for Jessica Jones. On the other hand Netflix might be a lot more risqué and explicit than the movies, so you guys might have a good point here!

Daddario is just all boobs and not talent,you guys are using the dick to think,Krysten Ritter is my choice.

Teresa Palmer will be perfect for Captain Marvel.

I signed in just to say, any one saying Daddario is perfect for this role is saying so only because:

A. She's Hot.

B. We saw her tits in True Detective.

C. Maybe we'll get to see her tits again if she's cast as the lead.

Nothing about her says "Jessica Jones", the character as concepted from the comic.

The problem is Jessica Jones isn't some some stunning babe like Daddario, nor is she a cute faced girl next door type like De Gouw or Palmer. She's more of the sour faced bitch whom you hate [frick]. And that's just her looks I'm talking about.

Jessica is a very damaged and cerebral character and she's deeper than "I'm a girl, I'm hot, I kick ass". Will Daddario or the other two be able to pull that off? I know De Gouw can't for sure, she was cringe worthy in Arrow.

But admittedly I'm not too familiar with Daddario's work aside from her forgettable role in the first Percy Jackson film and her amazing bewbs in TD.

This Showrunner especially knows all of this about Jessica. (she's been trying get this show off the ground before the MCU even started)

So while I see she did her due diligence by having the pretty face model types audition for the role , I think the real contenders here are Krsyten Ritter and Marin Ireland.


Ireland has been apart of some high quality Dramas so her acting chops are up to par the only part I'm skeptical about is the physical portion.

My personal favorite choice and likely Dark Horse in all of this is Krysten Ritter. I feel like she's perfect. She's pretty but not too "Look at me" cute , or overly hot so I assume she'll be good for most people as far as the look. However I think out of all the choices she'll be able to pull off Jessica's dry, sarcastic, sometimes downright self destructive personality the best. She played a similar damaged character on Breaking Bad.

IMO she's the best candidate , she can provide that trademark Marvel humor while also being able to switch to drama heavy performances when it calls for such. But like Ireland, the only skeptical part about her is the physical portion, but we've seen time and time again the magic Marvel can inspire when it gets these actors/actresses physically ready for roles.


Teresa Palmer just looks too much like Carol Danvors to me.

Even though I like these actresses, I still think there could be a better Jessica Jones. I would love to see Daddario as Madame Hydra/Viper. Especially if they're bringing in the Kraken on A.O.S. That way we still have her in the MCU ;)

Daddario is everyone's choice based purely off looks. It's disgusting.

DEFINITELY Alexandra Daddario or Krysten Ritter IMO. Alexandra screams Jessica Jones to me.
