Iron Man 3:
Armor Wars, Madame Hydra, Ghost: I’d like to see Tony going after several guys in different variations of his suit as the main plot, but maybe Hydra could be a background threat, providing villains with armor tech. This would further connect Hydra and SHIELD into the movies, while still leaving Tony’s more personal aspect of the story. Plus I’m thinking since we got the build up to fighting armored bads in the first 2, and then the final battle, we need several scenes early on showcasing some brutal armor fights. Then, after we see him beat the asses of several armored bad guys, he could encounter Ghost, who would be a great antithesis to Iron Man. His armor is quite different, and would provide an interesting spin on a battle, and Tony would have to think on his feet how to win that one. Ghost, did you know you'd be an awesome Iron Man villain?

Cap cameo? One of my favorite moments in any comic is the unexpected but well-written cameo. Have Cap show up for an integral scene, either helping Tony in a tight spot, or some friction between the characters, or both. Then in the next Cap movie, we could see his angle leading up to that moment. That’d be comics come to life right there.
Captain America-Winter Soldier:
Yep, that’s what I’d call it. Obviously Bucky didn’t really die in Captain America, so we know they’re already thinking ahead on this one. So let’s see The Winter Soldier story much as it was in Brubaker’s comics, with the Red Skull having returned for some shenanigans. But we’d need another villain, as we would hope Bucky comes to his senses by the end, as he did thanks to the cosmic cube in comics, which is already set up in the Marvel movies. So who could Cap fight, and possibly need help from his newly-reformed pal? Taskmaster? Shield-fight!!! What say you?
Robin:
So Nolan claims no Robin in his Batman movies? Assuming that’s true, and there’s not currently wool being pulled over our eyes regarding Robin in The Dark Knight Rises, how do you feel about Batman in your Robin movie? The film would still have darker tones, but Robin would be trying to figure out how to be his own man, flashing back to training and missions with the Bat. “Coming out from under shadow” could be the theme in the film. Does Robin let his darkness overtake him like Batman, or does he use only the aspects of Batman’s training that he needs to become his own man? Probably won’t happen, but it’d be a lot cooler if it did. And he could look very similar to his skin in Arkham City.
Incredible Hulk 2:
Hulkbuster Iron Man, intelligent Hulk, separation of Bruce and Hulk: How to keep Hulk interesting? I'd start with having a cameo with Iron Man in Hulkbuster armor, and since it's Hulk's movie, he'd kick Stark's ass. Especially if Hulk doesn't get Banner-smart in Avengers, I think that'd be a cool way to go for sure. Eventually, Hulk could separate himself from Banner, not wanting to be controlled, and Banner would have to find a way to stop him, ultimately rejoining with him.
These are some of my thoughts, a few inspired by comments I've read from you folks. What other stories would be great movies?
