5. Iron Man To The Rescue
This deserves #5 because when I saw it in theatres, both my friend and I were like, "Holy F***" and this was, just a man doing his wrong things right. And to this day, is still epic.

Well, no embed...AGAIN... But this fight was a good ol fashioned brawl, and to this day makes it my 3rd favorite Marvel movie fight.
2. Black Suit Darkness
Say what you will about SM3, but this fight was the shit!! It just shows what the black suit can be capable of.
Now, I hold in my hand, the greatest movie moment of all time...

NAH JK... (But I do like this scene alot.)
The real #1.
I really do love this scene, it's what makes me love Spider-Man, and this ending proves it, it just is incredible.... It is like he's a force of nature, a hero that shall never die, he is...Spider-Man.
