Very funny video!
I remember hearing about The Greyson's being in development years and years ago. I'm happy it didn't get made.

I think Gotham High would be a good animated show though!! Just to explore a different take on a well known overdone character.

I think Gotham High would've been alright. As long as it was on the same level as X-Men: Evolution.

A live action batman tv series just makes sense. It wouldn't need a lot of special effects. Batman has tons of interesting enemies and stories to build off of. Batman is dark and edgy; and he appeals to mainstream audiences. So do it!

I actually think that if done right a Batman TV show would be awesome. I heard that Smallville was originally supposed to be a show about Batman (of course not called Smallville) before they changed it to Superman but I thought that would have been interesting.

I'm embarrassed to say that I saw Gymkata in the theaters, but I was a stupid kid.

I thought me and my friend were the only people on Earth who watched GYMKATA- repeatedly on VHS laughing our asses off. Speaking of which, there was a man in the film we came to call the MOON MASTER. Gymkata entered this whacked out Amish looking village when this man with a cloak and funny hat gestures for himt o come along. When the man walks away, his whole ass is showing in his ripped gowns.

Yeah, I watched Gymkata on cable when I was a kid. I think I was like 10 and I thought it was bad ass. Then about ten years ago I saw it on some channel and watched like thirty four seconds before I laughed my ass off and changed it.

@NeoBaggins

I, too, have witnessed the horror and hilarity that is "Gymkata". I, also, have had the privilege of meeting the "star" of the film (he's tiny!). It was years ago and he was at an amusement park for a gymnastics exhibition. This was a few years after Gymkata (when I, finally, fully understood the eldritch, Lovecraftian terror that this film actually was). I worked up the nerve to say something about the film to him, but all that came out was "Gymkata. Dude........." followed by head-shaking on my part. He laughed, nodded, and acknowledged that the film was terrible but paid well. He was actually pretty nice (for one of the Lollipop Guild) and was a kickass gymnast. That film, however, will always be an example of how the term "crimes against humanity" doesn't always refer to violence.

My Lord. Damn. You actually MET him? That's wild. I can almost remember the TV ads for the film. We didn't call them trailers or TV spots back then. They were just....

commercials.

I still think "Gotham High" was the worst attempt at a Batman show. I'm glad that never developed beyond a picture. Funny video guys!

Gotham High always sounded shit. And the Graysons wouldn't have lasted long.
