I own all three CBMs on Blu-Ray. Can't wait to add Thor: TDW in just a month's time.

Man of Steel has a great re-watchable value and I can say the same for The Wolverine. They actually give off hints of continuation not just solidly for the future franchise but for the character as well. Iron Man 3 had hints towards atony's future as well seeing that he'll no longer use his ark reactor, avengers tower will basically become his home and that he still has those probes attached under his skin right?

*They're (Man of Steel and The Wolverine) are also very dramatic and character driven. (same goes for Iron Man 3 but I'm just a sucker for seriously toned movies!) lol

I'm still puzzling which way Mangold will go with Wolverine seeing that the sequel will be placed in between the 2 years when Yukio and Logan were traveling

Loads of people have said that last year was a really disappointing year for CBMs. Not me, I can genuinely say that I love all three of those movies, 2013 may have actually been one of the best CBM years for me, and all three of those films would make my top 10 CBM list. I think the only year I'd say was better for CBMs was 2008, purely because of The Dark Knight, one of the greatest, most awe inspiring cinematic experiences I've had to this day, and Iron Man was a bonus.

Good for MoS!

I liked The Wolverine (until the third act); loved MoS; hated IM3, Kick Ass 2, and Thor: The Dark World.

That's 40% satisfaction for me. So yeah, I'd say the CBM summer of 2013 gets a failing grade.
