Compared to many people on CBM, I'm a relative newbie to the comic book world. I've just recently (within the last 10 years or so) started reading comics. However, I've been a fan of comic book characters nearly all my life, thanks to cartoons like the X-Men Series and Batman. Been downhill ever since.

I am an avid movie watcher and run my own movie website,(GeekBoyMovieNews) which covers a wide variety of movies, books and television news. There is nothing better to me than to sit back and a enjoy a good movie, or a crappy one for a good laugh.

While you may not see a lot of articles submitted by me, I've been an active user for close to three years here on CBM and I enjoy every minute on here. We have the best online community on the net her at CBM.com.

I've been lucky enough to climb the ranks here at CBM and the almighty Galactus has chosen me to act as one of his Heralds (Jr. Editor). So if you ever need suggestions or help on articles, I am more than happy to help out; you can find me in the CBM chat quite often. I also assist Big G in his "Beat Galactus Quizzes," so if you feel like you have a good question for the next quiz or suggestions on making them work better and more smoothly, feel free to drop me a line.

I look forward to talking and discussing comic books and their movies with all of you on the site!

Well sure yeah, Heath was amazing in his role. I thought Chirstopher Reeve was terrific in his role for Superman.

gotta agree with Keven. Patrick Stewart IS Prof X.

Heath Ledger did great, but he's nothing like the comic version of Joker.

Everyone just likes Ledger cuz he's dead, it went 100 percent against the source material. he is overrated. No offense though.

@ clinteastwood

i wouldn't say Ledger was overrated at all! he did a fantastic job, but he wasn't the Joker we all know from the comics.

I think Robert Downey jr. as Iron Man is the best casting, because with Iron Man they had to think a little and picked someone. I would never have considered RDJ. It could just as easily have been Gerard Butler, Pierce Bronsan (admittedly a tad old), Tom Cruise (remember that rumor), Johny Depp, etc. None of those would have been as good as RDJ. (side note - Iron Man TV show - cast the guy who played Stark [different character] from Eureka)

However, I would have given it to Patrick Stewart/ Professor X, except it is too easy of casting. The guy genetically is Prof. X more than anyone else (Old, Bald, White, Slender Male)? Name anyone else who could look/ play the part as well. I heard Patrick Stewarts voice in my head every time I read X-Men, even before I knew who he was. It was a no brainer, god gets credit for that casting, the casting director just did not screw it up.

@Corndog-Yes he was great, however, he was still overrated.

@ClintEastwood: I still would've loved his performance as The Joker even if he didn't die; he did a remarkable job. He may not have fit into the mold of a Joker from the comics, but he was what Nolan wanted in his vision for his films. And I think it worked out quite well in delivering the tone Nolan wanted his movies to be. I'm sure if the Dark Knight's Joker was written to be a bit closer to the comics, I'm more than sure Ledger would've been able to pull that off just as well. He worked with what he was given, and considering that, he did a fantastic job as a variation of The Joker. Just basing it on what we see on screen, I don't think he's overrated at all.

This is messed up. I love Heath, don't get me wrong, but he's so not worthy of being the best. He was great, but not the best.

All time winners in order:
Patrick Stewart
RDJ
Hugo Weaving
Actress who played Tank Girl
Actor who played Beast

I take this all back, Ice T wins for his role in Tank Girl, lmao!

should be a 2-way tie between professor X and j. jonah jameson. and i agree that professor X was too easy, but whoever cast JJJ should have the edge because it was more difficult to cast.
