@Invasion96 - For Best Picture? Extremely doubtful.
The Academy (unfortunately) looks down on Action/Sci-Fi.

It could be nominated for other awards like Best Score or Visual Effects, etc

Saw Apes. It was pretty good. Title was misleading though. It wasn't really a war.

@Velmc1 - So long as it wasn't a friendly sparring session, like the previous movie with War in the title.

@AMrSundayGirl58 - Was the random shot at marvel really needed?

@PirateCipher - It wasn't so much at Marvel. I love a lot of Marvel movies. But Civil War was the most disappointing Comic Book Movie since Thor: The Dark World, and the last movie that had a title about War, but didn't really have a war was Civil War. So the comparison is apt.

heard the soundtrack is amazing & many people said reeves will take Michael Giacchino for the batman ... i'm totally okay with this

@HugoStiglitz - @HugoStiglitz - I hope he keeps The Batman Suite. I think Hans Zimmer's The Batman Suite, from Batman v Superman is the best Batman theme since Danny Elfman's Batman theme, and Shirley Walker's Batman theme. Yes. Even better than his theme from The Dark Knight Trilogy. While his theme from The Dark Knight Trilogy is good, it sounds kind of like he just took two notes from Shirley Walker's Batman Theme. But The Batman Suite is so clearly an original, and so clearly Batman, that I pray that Batman v Superman and Wonder Woman are not the last time we hear it. I hope Michael Giacchino incorporates it into the rest of the score. Especially the opening half of it. But I want to hear what else he adds for other villains and everything. I think a score similar to what he did on LOST would be perfect for The Batman.
