Liam Hemsworth may be a name you guys aren't all too familiar with, however you most likely know his brother Chris Hemsworth who plays the hammer-wielding Thor in the upcoming super hero movie.
Chris recently told MTV that while Liam was preparing for his auditions for 'The Hunger Games', Chris stepped in to read with him, by reading the parts of Katniss Everdeen, a 16-year old girl.
"Josh asked Chris what he thought of Liam potentially starring in the biggest YA franchise since "Twilight." "I'd love him to get it. I think he's incredibly talented," Chris said (aw, brotherly love!). "We run all our stuff together and workshop things and talk about it," he continued. "Any minute now, I think he's going to launch into something."
When Josh pressed for more specifics, Chris let something slip we hadn't expected. "I helped him audition. We ran our lines together," he said. HOLD THE PHONE. Does that mean, you, Mr. Hammer-Wielding God Incarnate, read the lines of 16-year-old heroine Katniss Everdeen?
"I did. Swear to God," he replied with a big grin and a chuckle. "I read that. Put my girly American accent on." And then the kicker: Affecting a high-pitched timbre, Chris gave us his best Katniss impression saying, "Hey, how are you?"
