Jeff Goldblum is literally the only reason I'm excited for this film. Disappointed he ain't in Jurassic World.

Not sure about this... didn't we say everything we needed to say in the first one?

Nice, starting to wish that Smith did this, instead of Suicide Squad

I hope they pull a Fox-men and bring back Randy Quaid without explaining how he's still alive.

@DrKinsolving, If both Goldblum and Smith were back, I'd definitely be excited in spite of how unnecessary the movie seems.

The first one was so silly, but quite enjoyable. I'm actually kind of looking forward to this.

Maybe Denis Quaid can make a cameo as Randy Quaid's Characters brother!

I never thought the first one was a particular gem but I am strangely very excited for this. Jurassic World's success might bode well for this movie.

The first movie is one of those Big Tent Summer Movies that defined the 90's, back when we had maybe one or two a year. I love that movie. Sequels to 20 year old properties are very often disappointing, and recently more so (looking at you Jurassic World). But Goldblum is involved, so by God I'm hooked. It's also pretty encouraging that all the original team is back, except Will Smith, which isn't a big deal. Please don't mess it up guys!

@FatZombie Maybe where the aliens are from, they don't have jerks that like to send computer viruses and exploit networks.

So essentially the plot of the movie is Macross, but without transforming fighter jets?
