JURASSIC WORLD DOMINION: New Trailer Teases One Of This Summer's Biggest, Craziest Blockbusters

This summer, Universal Pictures is finally set to release the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a movie described as a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that will span the globe and highlight epic dinosaur action.

After the studio's CinemaCon presentation yesterday, a breathtaking new trailer for the movie has been released. In it, we see heaps of new dino footage, and can't help but feel like the end of the world as we know it is approaching. With dinosaurs clearly making their presence felt in a big way, Earth has been changed immeasurably, but does that mean the end could be nigh?

From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live - and hunt - alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

Jurassic World Dominion looks set to propel the more than $5 billion franchise into daring, uncharted territory, featuring never-seen dinosaurs, breakneck action and astonishing new visual effects.

The movie also features new cast members DeWanda Wise (She’s Gotta Have It), Emmy nominee Mamoudou Athie (Archive 81), Dichen Lachman (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), Scott Haze (Minari) and Campbell Scott (The Amazing Spider-Man 2). Returning cast include BD Wong as Dr. Henry Wu, Justice Smith as Franklin Webb, Daniella Pineda as Dr. Zia Rodriguez, and Omar Sy as Barry Sembenè.

Jurassic World Dominion will roar into theaters worldwide on June 10.

It seems in this universe holding your hand up is a valid defense against building sized carnivores.

@Waddles - you do. I mean, you are. You (or your hands) are the treats

@Waddles - Snausages for dinosaurs. Your T-Rex won't know it's not real human!

@Reeds2Much - I noticed that too. It was kind of annoying how many people did the same hand posture when dinosaurs were around. Also, how is it possible that the effects in this are still not as convincing as the first movie. Bring back animatronics!

Feels like it's gonna cram in a lot, but still look forward to it. The dino action in the cities and mountains and such looks pretty damn cool.

Also, about time someone who made the dino's admits they had a bad idea.

Comments going crazy for me, judging from the trailer: Ian Malcolm and Henry Wu might finally get their book deaths after all this time. Ian with the torch and Wu with the crazy guilt, plus there's a crazy plethora of Raptors in this movie. If you know, you know 😉.
Shameless plug for Klayton Fioriti's youtube channel, he's the JP master know it all

I'm sorry for Chris Pratt, but I think this will fall harder than a bag full of bricks, previous movie was terrible, and the whole "member berry" thing already got old...

Everyone hold on to your butts...I mean somebody.

With nostalgia running amuck here, I hope that she's not some how related to SLJ's character.

I don't like that the dinosaurs have just regressed further into being generic movie monsters as the franchise has gone on. They no longer feel like real animals that existed anymore, they're just mini Godzillas now.

@bcom - Well they ARE monsters since JP1. Genetically engineered species. Not real animals.
