First Footage From GODZILLA VS. KONG And SPACE JAM Revealed Along With New Look At THE SUICIDE SQUAD

We're still waiting on a Godzilla vs. Kong trailer, but the first footage from both that movie and Space Jam has finally been revealed in a new HBO Max promo! We also have a new look at The Suicide Squad.

Warner Bros. moved the release date of Godzilla vs. Kong from May to March yesterday evening, but we still haven't actually seen a trailer for the movie. Whether the change is a good or bad thing is hard to say, but with nothing else really coming out in theaters that month now Morbius has been delayed, the studio could send a lot of new subscribers to HBO Max.

Of course, it's possible WB doesn't have much faith in Godzilla vs. Kong taking advantage of that Memorial Day weekend slot, but the first footage from the movie is definitely impressive.

As you can see in the newly released HBO Max promo below, the two iconic beast are going to war! This is something many monster movie fans have been dreaming of seeing on the big screen with modern VFX for years now, but you may have to settle for your tablet or TV this March.

The teaser also gives us a first look at footage from the Space Jam sequel, and a couple of quick shots from The Suicide Squad we haven't seen before featuring Polka-Dot Man, Peacemaker, Bloodsport, and Ratcatcher II. There's no denying that Warner Bros. has one heck of a 2021 slate coming our way.

@JohnMarston220 - I've never played Mortal Kombat and usually video games adaptations are crap though I did like Detective Pikachu.

Sometimes I really question how Warner Brothers is still in business. I mean Godzilla vs Kong and Mortal Kombat both come out in 2-3 months and there has yet to be a trailer for either one. Terrible marketing. Then throw all their terrible decisions with DC on top of that and they look like an absolute mess at the executive level.

@TheWalkingCuban - How is it a tiny market? They’re still trying to attract subscribers on HBO Max. Getting trailers out for these movies could help a great deal with that.
