Lost: Episode 6:11 Happily Ever After

What an episode brotha! Desmond is back, and he's at his old time/reality/universe hopping best...

I missed out on last weeks Jin/Sun centric ep review due to being away for Easter but I'm glad I'm back on track for this one! After Sayid spotted Desmond(The Package) being dragged to see Widmore at the end of last weeks ep, its straight into the action as Des awakes to find out that dear old Charlie Widmore has brought the hapless Scot back to the one place in the universe(parallel or otherwise) that he ever wanted to see again....

Jesus Christ I'm getting so tired of the frigen not a comicbook shit. Then don't read the frigen article and stick to the green lantern ones. There's plenty of those to choose from.

The episodes from this season are way better than last seasons. It's kind of a shame that its ending. Next week looks like its focusing on Hurley I am so stoked for that episode

I don't think you can really say "this season is better than others"...it's one coherent story, it's just getting more intense because it's nearing the climax of everything. 7 years in the making.

Well, I mean it is one big story but of course you can say some seasons are better than others, they all focus on different things. I thought, the final few eps aside, that season 3 was by far the worst..so many filler eps like Jack's tattoo mystery! 4 was probably my fave..but yeah, the rest are all great.

well, i have come to the conclusion that this is the last season of LOST... BUT!!! they are coming back with a new title... "LOSTER" cause thats exactly whats going to happen at the end of this season. They going to leave everyone hanging and saying wtf? I really don't think they had an idea of where this was going and decided to start making crap up as they went. First two season were great! but this!!!! come on!!

"I luv ya Penny, I've always luv'd ya." Desmond might be the best character on the show! Every episode that revolves around him turn into the most revealing plot pusher alongers in the series.

Season 6 is slowly turning into the best season yet. I thought that the show lagged slightly with each consecutive season until now.

Does anyone else think that the island is some kind of centre of all timelines where people can meet their inter-universal doppelgangers. Maybe this "Big War" that was referred to before will feature everyone fighting themselves from other dimensions?

War@ actually I think it's quite the opposite. If you go back and watch some of the earlier episodes there's all kinds of clues and firshadowing of what were actually seeing now. Sure Some of it was filler and some mysteries just can't be answered. But I think they knew where this series was going from day one.

Yeah, they definately had a beginning and an end layed out... I'm not sure about the middle though.

I also read somewhere that Ben was supposed to only be in season 2 but they decided to extend his story arch. Makes sense now why he wasn't originally supposed to be important.

Click on the link for my thoughts on your thoughts dude!

Yeah Ben was originally gonna be killed off at the end of season 2 but his popularity changed all that. But that stuff happen sin every show. Lots of things transform or change completely as they go along. I believe they always had a definite arc for the show, but maybe the way its reached the end changed.

I'm sure everyone knows by now that jack was supposed to die in the pilot for crying out loud. Kate was supposed to be the main hero character. Things definately change as you go. But the basic plot and storylines were there. Guys click on the link and read the full review. This article is just the tease :)

some one tell me where jack got a son in the first place? that came out of the blue! they are showing their lives as what it could have been without the crash happening plus kind of an opposite side of things to it as it seems... like the Kwon's not married? Sawyer is a cop now.... but people like Kate and Claire ended up with the same story? really?! why all the confusion like that? thats just building up even more questions they will have to answer later on if they can fit it all in.... or like i said leave everyone hanging for the last season. Even if they did have an end to this in mind a long time ago when they started.... they didn't do a good job with their time line during season 4 up till now. things didn't line up several times. I couldn't possibly point them out anymore as its been a long time sense i seen them.. but I do remember being confused about how things went about with other things not lining up correctly.

You gotta have faith on the island man, or else I'LL GO SMOKEY ON YOU !

since the jin and sun episode, i now agree that jack will replace jacob.
that being said, i think the reason he has a son in the alternate world acts as a metaphor. Jack's character needs to have something to fix or guard or protect, its just the way he is. In the sideways, jack has his son that he will be caring for and looking after for the rest of his life. In the original timeline, he doesnt have a son to do that, so instead of looking after a son he will be looking after the island.

@DOG! Aw! Spoiler alert man come on. I could see that though. Dude, I really miss Juliet. She was def one of my favorite characters.

@WarNoodle: Go stair out at the ocean until you change from being a man of science to a man of faith.

@Bentham: Wow! Good insight. I wonder if Kate's deepest desire is to be pursued. That would explain why she's always running to/away from Jack and Sawer and why she's still in handcuffs in the alternate reality. What if Clair's deepest desire is to have a child and raise him? Lock's deepest desire would be Eloise always seems to know what's going on, but does Whitmore know what's going on?

I would really like to see some cameos by Mr. Eco and Boon

Well i just started to watch Lost. It's pretty good. But i need a better site that will allow me to just watch them without downloading them. The ones i'm using all work with "megavideo" or something. They have a time restriction per day which sucks ass. Do you guys know of any better sites??? And if they have it HD it would be even better. Oh and i live in Canada so the US ones are flippin' me the finger :((
