"Walt was one of them" - i really don't buy this. Read Walt Disney biography and you will know why.
I hate when they whitewash Walt like that. I know it's a 'Disney' company movie but still. They shouldn't be doing that. Smells like ... propaganda.

Here's hope it's just a one scene.

interesting to see Walt Disney referred to as "one of them", kind of ironic since he most likely used that phrase often in life...seeing as he was a racial and anti-semitic bigot, as well as a misogynist

really don't get the hate for this? You want original ideas? This is an original concept..ish. You didn't expect it to be about Disney? It's called Tomorrow-land. That part of Disney world was always part of the premise they didn't shoehorn it in and it's not a massive stretch to say Walt Disney was one of the greatest minds of our time. There has always been a little bit of mystery surrounding the company and the park so it's a cool idea for a story. Also Walt Disney was supposedly a terrible boss. He liked things his way but the image of him being a racist and anti-Semitic only exists in rumors and hearsay.
