I mean, it has Trevante Rhodes and Sterling K. Brown in it... it can't be bad... right?

I understand that from the comics there are quite a few different castes/ranks of Predator. Blooded, Leader, Elder I think. Hopefully down the line we see more of the mythos and perhaps the home planet. I know this won't be the film I want, but it might be the film I need.

I don't think this film will be a watershed for the franchise. I still think Black's IM3 was OK at best. The Mandarin plot was bad. That's why Marvel had to backtrack with the Marvel ONE-SHOT.

If this movie is as bad as it looks, can we please stop letting Shane Black on established franchises?

Nice picture there with Shane Black, the costume department and make-up one don't hold back in bringing the Predators to life with practical effects.
