Unaltered STAR WARS Original Trilogy Might Be Released By Disney
For many years George Lucas has been constantly editing and changing his original trilogy with new special effects and CGI, but could Disney be bringing us the original Star Wars as seen in theaters?
For many years fans of Star Wars have moaned and wailed against George Lucus for his new trilogy and its overuse of CGI. Many more have been angered at his tampering of the old trilogy by adding in new scenes and even more CGI. However according to the sources at comicbook.com Disney has plans to release the orginal trilogy on Bluray as seen as it was in theaters.

According to our sources, Disney has plans to release the orginal cut of the Star Wars trilogy on Blu-ray. Our sources indicate that the project has been underway for quite some time, but it's been challenging because of some damage to the orginal negatives they are utilizing.
