The Planet Of The Apes franchise has certainly managed to hit some extreme high's and low's over the years. That's bound to happen though considering the amount of sequels to the original plus it eventually being rebooted. Twice. Check out the embedded audio file below for a look at the latest film in the re-rebooted franchise, DOTPOTA. And be sure to subscribe to The Weekly Planet on iTunes.

This film put every single blockbuster movie this year (and last year) to shame pretty easily.

Saw it last night. It deserves every penny it makes and every amount of praise it gets. As a life long apes fan I couldn't be happier with this new franchise.
