SEGA has released the trailer for Aliens: Colonel Marines, a chapter of the Alien saga that takes place after Alien 3.



The game releases on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC in Spring 2012.

The AVP game is decent, as long as you aren't looking a good multiplayer experience.

The campaign is kind of short too. There are only like 7 missions for each race, and in all honesty, the Marine is the most fun.

If you can find it for a lower price I would say to definately get it, but I regretted paying 60 for it when it came out. The gameplay and graphics are awesome, but like i said, its too short.

Still remember the first AvP that was released for PC... that was brilliant! There was no save function and it really scared the shit out of you when you heard the blips of the aliens approaching... One of the hardest games I've played (besides Ninja Gaiden). AvP2 was okay but not so good and the rest meh

I don't know that there is Local Multiplayer for AvP. I don't remember. I was talking about online multi. it really wasn't good.

Looks badass! One thing though. The terraforming station went nuclear at the end of Aliens. There shouldn't be anything left unless this takes place at another facility on the planet.

@Grey That video game had a better story than both AvP films put together! LOL! Classic game BTW.

There is definately local co-op multiplayer. This is a squad based game. when you play single player you have a 4 man squad. each squad mate has a different weapon and ability. You can swith between any squad member at any time, you set them up for firing/holding positions, order them to open and seal doors, the whole 9 yards.

You can also play co-op, which is very cool. :)

I hope this winds up being the sequel I wanted to see after Aliens. Alien 3 killed the franchise and is pretty much responsible for the oddities in Alien Resurrection, which then lead to the AVP movies.
