The first official Shazam! still featured Zachary Levi's titular hero chugging sodas with young Freddy Freeman (Jack Dylan Grazer), and this second image sees The Big Red Cheese "charging-up" via his chest emblem, much to the delight of his best friend.

EW debuted the pic in anticipation of Warner Bros.' San Diego Comic-Con panel this Saturday. While the first trailer for Shazam! has not been confirmed to screen just yet, there's a very good chance we will see something from the movie.

I have high hopes for this, but...

I feel like Levi should have been given more time to bulk up before filming so the suit could look a little more natural. It's a little clunky looking.

Cavill fills out the Superman suit. Levi should fill this out. Looks a bit odd.

@LordHarryLatts - I don't know much about the character so I could be wrong.

But isn't he supposed to be the idolised version of superhero from the boys perspective?

If that the case, I think it make sense that he looks "fake" (exaggerated muscles, jet black perfect hair, etc) almost doll like.

Having just rewatched Big at an event outside with my girlfriend, this and the leaked footage is really giving me Big vibes. Like a lot. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. I'm really hoping for something good here.

I've been loving these pics from Shazam.
They're just so damn charming. I love the idea of how children respond to powers compared to their adult counterparts.

I'm just saying... Stanley Wertham wasn't exactly wrong about Batman and Robin as fantasy material for boys who wanted to imagine a life with an older man. Times have changed how we as society view homosexuality and homoerotic coding, but stuff like that doesn't come out of nowhere.
