Presenting at the Game Awards 2017 last night, Shazam star Zachary Levi showed that he's bulking up quickly to play the superhero with the February filming start date fast approaching.

When Zachary Levi was first cast in the role of Shazam 6 weeks ago, many fans were worried that the former Chuck star was nowhere buff enough to play the superhero and far behind the other jacked stars of the DCEU. Levi promised fans in his social media post that he "will be in the gym for the rest of forever" and seems like he's delivering on his word so far.

See the before and after pictures below and see for yourself. The first picture was taken on Novermber 13 2017 when Levi appeared at the primere of his animated film The Star. The second picture is from last night - December 7 2017 when Levi presented an award the Game Awards. The two pictures were taken just 24 days or 3 and a half weeks apart.

He looks a little fat in the second pic, definitely put on weight. He's probably bulking and will cut once he's close to starting filming. Bulking is easy, it's the cut that's the hard part.

@MarkJulian - I think start date is 5th Feb if I am not mistaken. So still 60 days out. So they can start cutting 3 weeks out or about that time.

Seems a bit bigger, but honestly, he mostly looks fatter because his beard is a bit longer.
