SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME Star Tom Holland Thanks Fans And Seemingly Teases Lots Of Sequels

Spider-Man: No Way Home has proven itself an unstoppable force at the global box office, and in a message thanking fans and critics for their support, Tom Holland seemingly teases multiple sequels...

Prior to Spider-Man: No Way Home's release, Tom Holland talked a lot about the movie potentially being his last. To this day, we don't know whether he was just trolling us, publicly negotiating with Sony Pictures for a lucrative new contract, or genuinely weighing up his options as a performer.

Something might have changed, though, as a new video sees the actor seemingly tease the franchise's future while thanking fans and critics for the overwhelmingly positive response to the movie.

As we told you earlier this week, Spider-Man: No Way Home was recently named the Best-Reviewed movie of 2021 in Rotten Tomatoes' Golden Tomato Awards, and Holland has now responded.

"Guys, Spider-Man: No Way Home has received three Golden Tomatoes, so I just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of everyone from Sony and Marvel, the critics, the fans who have shown so much love and respect and support for our movies. It means the world and hopefully, we can do it again and again and again. But thank you, thank you, thank you. And we'll see you soon."

Wait, "again and again and again"? It certainly sounds like Holland isn't done with Spider-Man yet, and should he secure a big money contract for another trilogy that includes a box office back-end deal, the British actor will soon become one of the highest-paid actors in the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. For the amazing job he does as Peter Parker, we'd say that's well-earned.

Spider-Man 4 is in the early stages of development, but there's no word on a release date.
