SPIDER-MAN: MILES MORALES Includes A Touching Tribute To Late BLACK PANTHER Star Chadwick Boseman

The PlayStation 5 and Spider-Man: Miles Morales are now available, though the latter was definitely easy to track down that Sony's next-gen console!

Some lucky gamers were given access to both, and Reddit user vgjdotgg has shared a touching tribute the game includes for late Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman. The actor passed away earlier this year after a lengthy, secret battle with cancer, and his death sent shockwaves across the globe.

The tribute appears at the end of the game's credits and reads, "In loving memory of a noble king, Chadwick Boseman. His honor, strength, and compassion will reverberate for generations to come. Wakanda Forever." It's a simple, but no doubt appreciated nod to the beloved actor.

Diversity and many of the positive messages Boseman spread are front and centre in Spider-Man: Miles Morales, so it's fitting that Insomniac Games found a way to pay homage to the actor. There's also a nod to the Black Lives Matter movement with some graffiti that can be spotted in the PS5 launch title.

Needless to say, the impact Boseman had on the world will not be forgotten.
