Here is an incredible speed painting video done with photoshop by Nico Di Mattia from the new Amazing Spider Man

I wasn't a huge fan of the costume but seeing the detail that went into it, I am very impressed with everything.

I never HATED the suit, but I'm also not a huge fan of it either. I like some parts of it and other parts are still growing on me but I must admit, that after seeing each individual detail go onto the suit, I do appreciate it more. The movie, on the other hand, I am extremely excited for. I think the tone and the approach and the actors are just perfect for Spider-Man. I think audiences will really believe that there's a real 16-year-old kid named Peter Parker in that suit. So when he gets thrown through a wall or shot or whatever, audiences won't think: 'wow that's cool special effects' they'll think: 'Holy Shit! Peter just got shot!' in the same way audiences reacted when KICKASS got stabbed and hit by a car. People will be invested when they believe in a character AND when they believe it is that character in the suit, which is something the (wonderful) Raimi films didn't capture as well, IMO. I think having Peter joke and banter with the villains (which has been confirmed there will be much of) will contribute to this. Also, including some internal monologue in a similar fashion to the way it is used on the show DEXTER, would get audiences inside Peter's head. In the comics, Peter always prattles off all this meaningless banter but then you get captions that show readers what is really going on in his head.

The suit is original and different, exactly what we want in a reboot. It's no surprise they didn't use the traditional suit because they're trying to distance themselves from the Raimi trilogy.

Yea the suit looks cool honesty the movie seems like its going to be great purely based on comic on footage and empire reviews of scenes. I am very excited for this film u can't even imagine.

Not a fan of this suit, but this guy is a fantastic artist. I have seen many of his speed paintings and they are all great.
