First things first:

Everything you read here is a potential SPOILER, so don't read this if you wish to preserve your TASM2 virginity.

Now lets get started...

First thing we see is a great shot of the new suit. Definately something all CBM users agree on is how awesome the suit looks.

It seems Spidey is getting a strength upgrade that has been relatively unseen in previous films. Sure, Tobey's Spider-Man stopped a train but he never picked up a car so casually before.

So that's where the head is.

It looks as though Harry Osborn will wear the Goblin suit after all. Not much can be said of his motivations but one can speculate.

A nice view of Spidey, reminiscent of the the first Spider-Man in '02.

Gwen seems to be more accepting of Peter's hero life despite her father's death. Or maybe it's being put on for the trailer's sake? Still something to think about.

It seems Oscorp has access to Tony Stark's gesture-based keyboard technology.

It seems Oscorp also has taken an interest in Peter. Perhaps due to his father's work? Maybe Peter took his mask off too many times and Oscorp is onto his secret? Or maybe Norman has a crush on Aunt May?

Speaking of Aunt May...

It seems as though Aunt May knows more than she's letting on about Richard Parker.

Maybe it has something to do with this secret underground traincar that comes out of the freaking ground?

I suspect this is the man from the shadows from the TASM after-credits scene. A "guy in the shadows" typically dresses in trench coats.

Shadow trench coat guy also seems to be really unimpressed by the supervillain gadgets surrounding him.

These doors open with green light behind them. Harry discovering Oscorp's Goblin gear?

A man looking at what appears to be electrical fuses. Could Electro's origins be more than just an accident?

Electro in his pure electric form. Possibly escaping from the Ravencroft Institute.

It looks as though Harry found the keys to the Goblin glider.

Norman Osborn, still terminally ill after Curt Conners's failed attempt at a cure turned him into a lizard.

Just a really cool shot of Spidey throwing down with Rhino.

Electro is going to destroy Times Square. How will the people of New York know what to buy?

My prediction is that Spider-Man will beat newly-powered and inexperienced Electro and send him to Ravencroft for imprisonment.

Peter and Gwen sharing a resolute moment on top of a tower of some sort...

Followed by a very reminiscent fight with the Goblin.

A plane crash of some sort. Orchestrated by an unknown character. Probably a side-plot.

Trouble at Ravencroft. Perhaps Electro's escape I theorized earlier?

It seems Harry's transformation into the Goblin is more than a mental one.

Is the trailer alluding to someone's eventual demise?

And then there's this...

...which is all kinds of fantastic.
