Thanks to VK.com, we have some brand new promotional artwork for Spider-Man: Homecoming, which features Spidey in a variety of poses in both his home-made and upgraded costumes, as well as a new look at Iron Man.

In related news, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 actor Dave Bautista (Drax) was a guest on Chris Jericho's podcast, and suggested that Marvel Studios may be about to reacquire the full rights to the Spider-Man character. He immediately clarifies his comments by stating that he's not certain, but it definitely sounds like this is something he's heard and not just an assumption.

Have a listen to his comments for yourselves and let us know what you make of them.

For the wrestling fans among you, Bautista also discusses a possible return to The WWE, and why he got fed up with the company's b*llshit during his last run. Find out more about that over at our sister site, The Ring Report.

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Captain America: Civil War, begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging super hero in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Thrilled by his experience with the Avengers, Peter returns home, where he lives with his Aunt May (Marisa Tomei), under the watchful eye of his new mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.). Peter tries to fall back into his normal daily routine – distracted by thoughts of proving himself to be more than just your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man – but when the Vulture (Michael Keaton) emerges as a new villain, everything that Peter holds most important will be threatened.

Spider-Man: Homecoming swings into theaters on July 7.

Getting rights to all those villains would be great

@MarvelDCAllDay - Norman... Ahem Dark Avengers...

With the Spidey villains they can do wonders and divide the MCU between cosmic and Earth, different contexts to explore and develop. Business wise it opens a lot of possibilities...

@MarvelDCAllDay - Yeah, if Marvel Busy him back completely, they'll be able to buy all of his villains back too, cancel that animated movie and those spin offs and get the rights to Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man: The New Animated Series and revive them since this would make fans extremely happy if Disney/Marvel had the rights to all of his shows.

@TheLight - Problem is what are they willing to trade? Cause i highly doubt they will let spidey go away without any equal trade.

@SonOfAGif - I doubt that will happen. There's a big chance we'll get a Netflix show for Blade.

@Walden - Very cool homage but the pose looks a little awkward whens he's not holding anything in his right hand.
