I love the irresponsible amount of money line and I agree..he doesn't have to necessarily be an Avenger but interacting and being in the movie would be crazy

New York is Spidey's turf. For him to not show up and help or make some kind of cameo/appearance is just nonsense/stupid. And why? Because a couple of studios couldn't come to an agreement... C'mon guys, do it for the fans!

Seeing Spidey drop a funny one-liner on arrival/entrance and then web-catapult onto a Chitauri craft to take it down would've been awesome!
