Tobey and Andrew coming back would be very very cool. But let's be honest, that won't happen.

Can't wait for this movie though. Probably won't be better than SM2, but I'm sure it'll still be incredible

@webheaded - As much as I loved SM2 it will definitely be better. Come on you got Iron Man in it. Plus lots of awesome surprises and as long as it's on par with the action we got in CW that's a no brainer.

@SuperSpiderMan5778 - Very very true. I am super excited for it. I might end up eating my words, it's just that I saw SM2 when I was 8 years old. You can imagine how much it meant and still means to me. Tobey's always gonna be Spidey to me

@webheaded - Yeah Tobey did a great job. I loved SM2 like the next guy but I think we're in a for huge epic treat with SMHC and it will definitely top it.

Save it for the animated movie! The ultimate spiderman cartoon actually handled it pretty well while still being fun. Maybe in the animated film it could cut to live action at some point to featureTobey and Andrew?

Having both Tobey's Peter and Tom Holland's Peter interact would be a dream come true. (maybe Garfield's Spidey)
Also introduce Miguel O'Hara to the universe would be fcking amazing.

Let's have a great Spider-Man movie first.

I'd prefer if Marvel tackled some of Spidey's other famous stories and villains, but MrSunday actually got me wanting a Spider-Verse movie. Especially if it has Tobey and Andrew in it.

Troll the readers. What a crap article idea. Writer must be on Tumblr and want to influence DC and Marvel like they do. Please stop. Find real content and produce it.

@AnonWriter - Every time I think the random hate MrSunday inexplicably attracts has reach its weirdest, someone else comes along and tops it.

The idea of multiverse is boring and lazy. I hate when Marvel does such a thing.

@xinstituto - Is it only okay for DC to have Multiverses?

Can't we just appreciate Peter Parker? He is a great character who stands strong enough on his own. He doesn't need to always be sorrounded by sub par heroes are variations of himself.

No. We have how many years of great Spiderman stories? Tap into those first.

I'd love to see the MCU utilize the multiverse concept, it might be the only way to get the x-men into the mcu, I'm just not so sure if Spider-man is the property I want them to use it in.

If anything,I would want it to be a side-pocket/contained universe, only a couple of movies..but it should be done at a later time.....establish this new Spidey first though, there's a lot of great storylines they can adapt with this new Spiderman.

One way I could see this working is if every spider-man that is in the spider verse movie get their own stand alone episode to introduce them, in a spider verse netflix series, and bring them into the movie. Then have Spider verse split into two movies, because it's such a big story. Toby, and Andrew, while they were cool spider-mans, should only have cameos.

I'd rather see movies based on GOOD comic plots. Spiderverse was so bad.

I think that I'm the only person who is all for this. A Spider-Verse movie (In my opinion) is exactly what Marvel should do in phase 4. The comic may not be amazing (pun), but who says that means the movie will follow suit. A Spider-man movie with Toby, Garfield, Holland, Emma Stone as Spider-Gwen, Spider-Ham, Miguel O'Hara, etc? Sign me up. Imagine if Donald Glover's character in the MCU is Spider-Man in an alternate universe. I may be a little bit bias but the idea of all of that happening makes me so happy. But once again, I may be the only one who actually wants it haha.

I've had this same idea ever since Marvel recast Spider-Man. I would just go with a Shattered Dimensions tag instead of calling it Spider-Verse though. The game did pretty well and I'm sure that are people in the general public that would be open to seeing their favorite actor back as Peter Park at least for one more run.

No. Give me a good spider-man movie before any of this other shit creeps its way in.

I like Spider-Gwen, however. Someday... Not yet though.
