Watch The Hilariously Creative First Trailer For TEEN TITANS GO! VS. TEEN TITANS

The Teen Titans Go! movie wasn't exactly a hit at the box office, but it performed admirably for a big screen adventure aimed at very young kids. The TV show certainly has its fair share of adult fans, of course, as do the versions of the DC Comics characters who first debuted on the small screen in 2003.

Now, the two teams will go up against each other in the upcoming Teen Titans Go! vs. Teen Titans.

In the movie, the comedic modern-day quintet takes on their slightly more serious counterparts when villains from each of their worlds join forces to pit the two Titan teams against each other. They'll need to set aside their differences and work together to combat Trigon, Hexagon, Santa Claus (that's right, Santa!) and time itself in order to save the universe.

The cast includes Greg Cipes as Beast Boy, Scott Menville as Robin, Khary Payton as Cyborg, Tara Strong as Raven, and Hynden Walch as Starfire.

We'll also hear the voices of Kevin Michael Richardson as Trigon/Hexagon, Robert Morse as Santa Claus, Grey Griffin as Mrs. Claus, Rhys Darby as Master of Games, Sean Maher as Nightwing, and "Weird Al" Yankovic as Gentleman Ghost and Darkseid.

That's quite a unique roster, but there's no denying that Teen Titans Go! vs. Teen Titans looks like great fun.

I so wish DC Universe would bring back the original show, just like they did with Young Justice.

Garbage animation style for the old Titans. Let me know when they actually make another season

There's really something to be said about how Titans Go is more adult through innuendo than the "more mature" Titans show ever managed.

Say what you will about the animation change, but seeing the ‘03 TItans again after, what, fifteen years, is like seeing a close friend again for the first time in years.
My favorite characters in any media ever are finally back and I can’t wait.
Plus Raven still looks as good as ever.
