Who cares what critics and Rotten Tomatoes say. If you want to see it then go see it. That's what I'm doing. You shouldn't give two sh*ts what others say. They don't form your opinion, you do.

This looks hilarious. And nobody pays attention to RT reviews except RT wanks. That site is mostly hypercritical ego-stroking.

The movie was great! I seen a early screening last night. Its not perfect or some feat of film making but it was fun! All the rumors were bull slight origin change but nothing worth worrying about Splinter and Shredder are bad a$$! Its a little to fast paced could have used an extra 10-15 minutes of interaction between the Turtles but all in all I was happy with it!

I saw the movie yesterday and I have to say that it was a "decent" movie. It almost has the same exact feel of Green Lantern. When the turtles are on the screen I really enjoyed it but when they weren't I could just feel the director copying a storyboard. It was very linear with no real highs and lows. The kids in my theater loved it though. But it kinda ranges from bad to decent.

pros:

Turtles portrayed as them selves.
Funny jokes

cons:
Shredder shredder, shredder
too much talk and no show
animated parts are better than love action scenes

PS

I wish they they went with Pop music instead of a movie score throughout the movie.

I'm telling you guys it like green lantern with funnier comedic timing and more product placement. I honestly think they changed a lot because of peoples backlash of it. Its the main reason fans should shut the [frick] about complaints when movies are still in production. They just scare movie studios from taking gratifying risks.

@MrSuperheromoviefan: That's true and hearing someone else's opinion is fine. But when you decide to let those opinions influence whether or not you see a movie, then that's just dumb. You should see it because it interests you.

@ Monkeyballs - Have you ever watched the animated series, or seen the original movie? All have the same sort of juvenile humor (BECAUSE THEY'RE TEENS) and that scene above is pretty much par for the course for them. I swear it's like people forget they're teenagers. They're going to say and do some pretty dumb stuff, cause that's what teenagers (especially this generation that's all pop-culture ruled) do. If you don't like it don't watch it. But don't hate on the material cause that same line could ewasily be in the comic, tv series, or any other iteration of the turtles. That's Mikey for you! and I mean Michelangelo not Michael Bay.
