The DC Film Universe has officially started with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and we know exactly where it's headed until 2020. Nearly every member of the Justice League is getting their very own standalone film, except for Batman (Ben Affleck), but we all know they'll most likely announce it soon. Before the Comic-Con trailer for Suicide Squad was released, fans speculated as to how connected the DC films would be, and director David Ayer made it very clear that anyone can show up at any time by having Batman make an appearance in the first trailer.

Batman v Superman has had both fans and critics questioning if the rest of the DC Film Universe would have the same dark tone. In a recent interview with Forbes, producer Deborah Snyder spoke about the introduction of a more lighthearted tone and levity with certain characters like the Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher). Snyder also hinted at the relationship between the two heroes and how that might lead them to pop up in each other's standalone films. "As you can imagine, when we get to the Flash movie, Ezra Miller and Ray Fisher — who plays Cyborg — are kind of our youngest characters, and they have a really nice comradery with each other. Ezra is super funny, so the tone of that film will be very different than the rest of them."

With Batman already making an appearance in David Ayer's Suicide Squad and him being rumored to appear in Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman, the possibility of Justice League members popping up in each other's films seems more likely. What do you think of Deborah Snyder hinting at a Cyborg and Flash team-up? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
