First Teaser Trailer For Season Two Of THE FLASH

While it doesn't contain any footage from season two, a teaser has been released for The Flash featuring comments from producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg about what we should expect this Fall, as they drop some hints about how new villains will be created...

Last night's episode of The Flash was in equal parts crazy and amazing. The episode answered a lot of questions, but the ending left us with a lot of new ones. In the following promo which aired at the end of the finale, executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg tease plans for season two, and it sounds like the singularity might help to create new metahumans for the Scarlet Speedster to face off against! Throw in alternate timelines, Cisco being confirmed as having powers, that Killer Frost tease, and the Speed Force, and we have a lot to look forward to...

I was pissed last night at how it ended but then after thinking about it last night I came to a realization... This season ended just as the newspaper from 2024 said, but with a slight change...
"Flash Missing Vanished In Crisis" and "Red Skies Vanish"

Well, Flash goes up into the vortex, hence vanishing, but the skies are blue from the temporal vortex.

I have a feeling that next season we will see Jay, Future Barry, Present Barry and Wally all intermingle in the time vortex fix everything that has gone out of whack.

BUT, I would really like to know Future Barry's reasoning for motioning to Present Barry to stop and let his mother die. Could the other timeline be THAT bad?

@KindredMac
Maybe older Barry had already attempted to save his mother and experienced a version of Flashpoint.

So it has been confirmed via a confrance call with CW execs that the "Ledgends of Tomorrow" skien will air in January or February (they are not sure as of yet) and that the show will cross over with "Arrow" and "The Flash" (http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2015/05/14/cw-conference-call-dcs-legends-of-tomorrow-containment-to-premiere-in-january-or-february-constantine-rumors-dismissed-supernatural-could-run-forever/404077/).

For those of you who criticise "Arrow" you've got to understand that the show was made for a different audience (the slightly older ones who like night time soaps), and has a smaller budget. Even with that, the show is getting a million less viewers a night than "The Flash".

@dnno1 not to be rude man but there is nothing older or more mature about arrow. The romance drama isn't there to attract older viewers it's there to attract teenage girls aka the CW's core demographic. I'm not calling arrow a kiddie show, far from it because it does occasionally delve into adult themes but at the end of the day it's very much a CW show. That doesn't make it good or bad on it's own (season 2 of arrow was amazing and the flash is amazing while still being very much a cw show) it's just the truth about the nature of the show. The soapy elements that we hate on this site were never geared towards us to begin with. They are aimed directly at the core demographic that would get bored and stop watching if there wasn't a big overarching love story impacting every episode.

@dnno1 looking back on that comment I feel he need to rephrase the beginning. What I was trying to say was that those elements aren't really being aimed at an older audience but rather a significantly younger one and unfortunately that's what kinda drug the show down this year.

Jay Garrick and Wally West next season please. And no way can Thawne be down for good. Will we see Hunter Zolomon at some point?

@KindredMac, i think the timeline that barry's mom lived was the end of everything. its probably the correct uninterrupted timeline but its not the one that future barry will let happen again because he tried it already. thats why future barry only saved past barry and told present barry to let his mom die.the life of one didnt out weight the existence of everything.

I've tryed mapping the time line , but can't put my finger on it , if "they" killed off Eddie thawne so that the reverse flash would never be born , how can the flash still exist! , reverse flash "now" is never born thus never going back to create the flash . The time should have reset to the time were Barry has the accident thus creating the flash in a differnt way say... Future Barry running so fast turning into a lighting bolt and hitting himself .......

I felt AOS finale was better as far as entertainment,
Flashes finale was a touching dramatic episode with a great performance by Grant Gustin. But Flash complete season was better then AOS's complete season. DD gets its own level since its on Netflix.

Also time travel paradox, if Eddie shot himself and it erased Well's wouldn't that mean he would erase all of Eobard's doings? Like that means no Eobard to go back in time to cause Barry's moms death and etc of events in Flash? Right?
Not trying to put the show down, but isn't that what would technically happen?

Also teased the helmet, but wheres Girrick?

Grant Gustin is a master cryer. Almost had me tearing up a few times.

@SuperboyPrime1 You're 100% right! And what my thinking would be that Eddie Thawne killing himself would create a loop bringing them all back to the point where he kills himself over and over. That being said I don't want to ruin it for myself by thinking too much because I really enjoy it.

Also [frick] Ezra Miller. Warner bros would be stupid now not to use a Grant Gustin... They would make so much money!! It'll be like the entourage movie. TV to Film continuation.
MarvelAF

All this kids being confused by eddies death not affecting anything.... I'll explain it to you. Eddie was described as a time anomaly, which means his destiny didn't exsist in the time line they were on it was all coincidence so any major thing that happened happened in real time and had no affect on the time line! Read a book lol

@drunkenmadnukem it's definitely a possibility because it has happened before. Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Heath Ledger, Michael Keaton, etc the list goes on. I'm personally indifferent on it but I'm indifferent on the idea of a flash movie in general. I will probably wait to see what the buzz is before I commit to seeing it which is the exact same thing that I did with this show

So far there has not been anything close to the flash on TV, this is by far the best comic character brought to the small screen. Cisco, just makes the show for me, he and the flash have made what other shows just cannot create, great understanding and application of imagination. Yes, sometimes the show is a bit silly or stupid but it makes up for it later through the series.

I hope riding high from series one continues in series two and they do not get carried away with writing stupid plot lines but I am hopeful.
