Is Eddie's (Rick Cosnett) first name really Eobard?  Or is he just referring to the fact that he and Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh)  share a last name?  We'll find out next Tuesday, when The Flash debuts an all new episode at 8PM on The CW. 

The Flash -"The Trap": THE TEAM SETS A TRAP FOR WELLS — Barry (Grant Gustin), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) set a trap for Wells (Tom Cavanagh). Cisco uses himself as prey which puts him in grave danger. Meanwhile, Eddie (Rick Cosnett) makes a decision regarding Iris (Candice Patton), which leaves Joe a bit unsettled. Steve Shill directed the episode written by Alison Schapker & Brooke Eikmeier (#120). Original airdate 4/28/2015.

It's honestly all up in the air probably. I could see Eddie become a Reverse-Flash as much as I could see him become Cobalt Blue, and both would certainly be interesting ideas for this series.

@GodzillaKart, the Joker tattoo thingy made me laugh my ASS off! Good call, man.

And, yes, The Flash is just fantastic. I love Agents of SHIELD just a little bit more, but Flash is REALLY good.

Right now, my fave shows are Agents of SHIELD, Flash, and freaking VIKINGS!!! ['Cause I don't have HBO Go and can't watch Game of Thrones.] Anyone follow Vikings? Holy SHIT, the way Ragnar pulled off the sacking of Paris???? And don't think for a minute Rollo will go against his brother when Frankia asks him to.

But Agents of SHIELD with the tie-ins to the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe edges just a TETCH above Flash and Vikings.

And, yes, I do enjoy Arrow as well, and will probably enjoy it more as the tie-ins with Flash increase.
