Im sure the Universes are separate, but Arrow and Gotham "Great Job" and "Terrific"? Yes they would be considered a "Great Job" and "Terrific" if they were middle school plays... But thats just my opinion, I think Arrow should be separate from Flash and Supergirl should be the crossoverer...
