Okay. So i'm looking for some news to share with you guys, and I find something very strange. Tweets from Humanity Snowboards, which I guess is a online snowboard shop. Here are the tweets:

And now I just asked them on Twitter did Marvel request the boards for the actual film, and they replied:


"@Marvel_Freshman Yes! There is a sporting goods store scene where the boards will be displayed."

MarvelFreshman: If this is true, its pretty clear that when Thor goes to Santa Fe, New Mexico, it'll be snowing. And later in the film, we could see some frost giants on earth rise from the snow, by Loki. I truly can say myself, this is a very good find. What Do You think?

There are humans in the film too. Maybe snowboarders find him or see something fall form the sky, could be anything. Quick cameos are a big deal when they're rocking your product. Good for Humanity.

Fun fact: as a young teen I had a humanity wallet ;D

it'll be nothing more than product placement but at least we get some sort of update on plot 'Sporting good store scene' who'd have thunk it lol

I'm still hoping for the "Tarzan" scenario where Thor ALWAYS stays Thor but needs "Jane's" help (Portman) to learn how to be a part of human society. [frick] DONALD BLAKE!!!

it's probably like Asgardians keep coming and going on earth and the way they come and go is in some snow covered region. thor or loki will appear out of thin air, make some snow boarder crash so he can look up see how crazy they look and say "whoa" as the asgardian walks away

@Gun: I think part of the reason I never got into Thor was because I was (still kinda am) a little intimidated by words like Mjolnir. Hopefully this movie will show us once and for all how this dam word is pronounced correctly.

I can see it now. The movie will open with Thor trying to teach his father Odin how to board. His dad will be complaining though, saying that he prefers skis. :)
