Still no sign of that trailer, but we do have some new Thor: Love and Thunder promo art featuring the Odinson (Chris Hemsworth) in his new costume alongside Natalie Portman's Mighty Thor...

We still don't have an ETA on that elusive first trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder (a little birdy tells us we should have an update later this week), but some new promo art has been revealed thanks to a series of tie-in theatrical cups and popcorn buckets.

Shared online by Twitter user @ChrisHBRasil, the artwork gives us another look at The God of Thunder (Chris Hemsworth) in his new duds alongside Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) suited-up as The Mighty Thor.

Hemsworth took to Instagram yesterday to reveal that he's embarked on a "long lead press"  tour with director Taiki Waititi and costar Tessa Thompson. While there was no mention of the trailer, this would suggest that some kind of first look at the movie is imminent, so be sure to keep an eye out.

Thor 4 plot details are still under wraps, but we know the story will revolve around the Odinson's old flame (Portman) transforming into The Mighty Thor. Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) and members of the Guardians of the Galaxy will also be on hand, with Christian Bale taking on villain duties as Gorr the God Butcher. Peter Dinklage recently hinted that he'd also be back as Eitri the Dwarf.

Russell Crowe let slip that he'll be playing Zeus last year, while Matt Damon and Sam Neill have also been confirmed to return as "Fake Loki" and "Fake Odin" for (presumably) a stage re-cap of the events of Ragnarok.

Thor: Love and Thunder is set to hit theaters on July 8.

Ha perfect timing, Doing my annual rewatch of the MCU, and just finished Thor 1, and there's something really charming about that movie, I know it's not everyone favourite origin movie but I still love it, even though it could have used ten more minutes to flesh out Thor and Lokis brotherly bond AND develop Thors sudden humility after being found to be unworthy

Also, happy birthday Patrick Doyle, who I wished had come back for Thor The Dark World, beautiful soundtrack, loved it's reuse in Ragnarok:

Looking forward to whatever madness Love and Thunder gives us
