When's The Last Time Tom Hiddleston Spoke To Anyone At Marvel?

Loki actor Tom Hiddleston has previously disclosed that he isn't sure when audiences will next see the God of Mischief in a Marvel movie after having his lone scene cut from Avengers: Age of Ultron. Is it a case that he and Marvel are exchanging ideas or is there radio silence?

Tom Hiddleston was scheduled to make a cameo appearance in Joss Whedon's Avengers: Age of Ultron, however, the scene was cut do to poor response from test audiences.  Presumably, Loki will next be seen in Thor: Ragnarok, unless he turns up inexplicably in Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange or Spider-Man.  Has Hiddleston had any such discussions with the Marvel brass?  "You know, I genuinely do not know. I wish there was something I could tell you.  I haven’t spoken to anyone at Marvel for about two years. That universe is expanding at such a rate, so…your guess is as good as mine."

It seems Loki might be ruling Asgard in Odin's guise for quite a few years before Thor becomes the wiser.  "That’s all I know that he’s been doing [ruling Asgard].  I’m interested to see what’s happened in the time between. I like to believe that actually he runs Asgard pretty well. The trains run on time and he keeps the streets clean."

I actually do wonder how shit has been going down in Asgard since Loki took over. I assume that TDW was the last time Thor was in Asgard, so it should be interesting to see exactly what he'll be coming home to in Ragnarok after AOU.

@McGee

One of the best things about my office is that I have my own full bathroom. So quiet and peaceful.

He may not have heard from Marvel but he knows when Ragnorok is scheduled to shoot. Otherwise, how can his agent continue to get him work? Schedules matter for actors!

So he may not know anything about the story, but he knows what days he is supposed to be on set.

No need to talk. Call him when Ragnarok begins production. He most likely knows the trajectory of his character.....Thor 3 and Infinity War.

This guy does other films. You don't communicate unless shit is up and running. He has schedules and what not to worry about. Unless shit is bout to go down, no need to give him a call yet

B...LBJ would implement time management by having meetings with his staff while in the shitter. You should consider this.

When I was laid off one of my first jobs I took a massive poop the size of a baby in their bathroom and took all the toilet paper.

Hiddleston has been more absent from the MCU than the Lions defense.

if this was a dc character that hadn't been in touch for two years everyone would lose their shit and start blaming jason todd.

two years is a long ass time not to hear anything.

but nothing to be concerned about because loki can never be replaced ;)

@spideymania26 You mean how they choked against Seattle? Dalton has been playing the best of his career, and the Bengals have the most talented roster in the NFL.
