THE BOYS: Check Out The Full Music Video For Starlight's Season 2 Ballad, "Never Truly Vanish"

To promote the upcoming third season of The Boys, Amazon Prime has released the full music video for the song Starlight (Erin Moriarty) belted out at Translucent's funeral, "Never Truly Vanish."

During the second season of Amazon's The Boys, we heard a few bars of the song Starlight sang as a tribute to fellow Seven member The Invisible Cu... ehh, Translucent after he was killed by Hughie in season 1, and the Vought International Twitter account has now debuted the full music video for "Never Truly Vanish."

The video sees Annie January belting out the title tune while "invisible" backup dancers perform some hilariously convoluted moves. The song, which was performed by actress Erin Moriarty herself, is basically your standard cheesy pop ballad, but silly lyrics aside, it's actually... not that bad?

The Vought Twitter page has previously teased the debut of Jensen Ackles' Solider Boy (see below), and with the release of this video, there's a lot of speculation that a season 3 teaser might be imminent.

Season 2 of The Boys ended with the death of Billy Butcher's wife and the apparent disbanding of the team. We know they will reunite, however, most likely in attempt to bring down the increasingly psychotic Homelander. Queen Maeve was able to blackmail her rage-fuelled leader into backing off in the finale, but actor Anthony Starr has already confirmed that he will really let loose in Season 3.

It's also been confirmed that the highly controversial Herogasm comic book arc will be adapted - although we're sure they'll be forced to drop or tone down at least some elements of that story... right?

Gotta say I'm pretty excited for the third season, even when we don't have a release date yet. Really look forward to the Neumann plot and how they're gonna handle that.

I came for Moriarty in that costume, and stayed to self flatulate myself for how much I enjoyed the terrible music. And her boobies.
