In the highly anticipated new season, we find Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group fostering a thriving community in the safe haven of the prison. Sadly, in this brutal world, happiness is short-lived and walkers and outside threats are no match for danger brewing inside the fences. The group’s home and new way of life will be thoroughly tested, and their struggle to survive has never been so perilous. Season 4 also introduces several new characters including Bob Stookey (Lawrence Gilliard Jr., "The Wire").

The Walking Dead stars: Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Laurie Holden, Jeffrey DeMunn, Scott Wilson, Emily Kinney, Sarah Wayne Callies, Steven Yeun, Chandler Riggs, Norman Reedus, Iron E. Singleton, Madison Lintz, Danai Gurira, Melissa Suzanne McBride, Michael Rooker, Lauren Cohan, Vincent M. Ward, Chad L. Coleman, and David Morrissey.

There is his famous tank. Which if uses will make lots of trouble for the people in the prison.

I don't like that they seem to be trying to make the Governor into a good guy.

I just want the prison to fall so we can get back to having the group struggling to survive day to day by the skin of their teeth again like in season 1 & 2.

That wasn't all new footage. It was edited with old clips of Rick and Carl from two shows ago. Lame.

I agree that the previous episode was one of the best.

He has the Tank. Comic book fans know's what this means.

Also i dont think The Governor would shoot Carl or Rick. I'm really looking forward to the next episode because the last couple of episodes have been great.

this season has surpassed the rest.
the production values take it higher than the soap operas that other series eventually fall into.
agents of shield is an example of soap opera shenanigans....dull and seen it all before.

I loved the song that opened last wk's episode with the governor. It gave me goosebumps when the song was playing and he smashed through the woodbury gates and then when he was standing there and the town was burning.

Does anyone know who the artist of that song was?

How long has it been since the zombie outbreak? A year or so? Wouldn't it be impossible to drive all of these cars and a tank by this time because of degradation of fuel?

No one is refining crude oil at this point, so where would they be able to get gas that's not inert? At some point everyone needs to get to steppin or come up with some alternative fuel.

Strong ass season so far, and last week was brilliant. I got a fever, and the only prescription is more Governor.

@Charlie2094 That's how I feel. Most of the main group feel empty. In season 1 they all had different traits (like Glenn's humor or Daryl's racist-ness) but somewhere during the middle of season 2 they all started becoming the same, overly bland character.

The Governor is different. Sure, last season he was just a generic charming bad guy, but with this last episode they've managed, in my opinion, to add some interesting depth and some new motivations to the character that I'm curious to see play out over the next few episodes.

I still think it'd be cool if this last episode was a backdoor pilot for the upcoming spin-off which would center around the Governor.
