AMC has released a new clip from the upcoming extended installment of The Walking Dead, "Service", and in it we see Negan and his men arrive at the gates of Alexandria, looking to collect when they believe they're owed.

In the comics, Negan taunts Rick to see if he'll retaliate, but is content that he remains a broken man and leaves with the supplies. Will things play out that way here? Tune in this Sunday to find out.

These three eps have been great so far.

Hopefully they can keep up the momentum.

@TheFro - I have a feeling that the 4th episode is gonna be the best so far, can't wait for Negan to meet up with the group again.

Negan is simply awesome and currently the best thing about the show.

Glad they put him there. TWD needed a refreshment.

I think I must be really f***ed up because my favourite villains are always these real pricks who clearly LOVE being evil. The ones who take such glee in being bad that I can't help but smile with them. Even when they do horrible things to characters I love. Glenn and Abraham were AWESOME. But I still came away from that scene with Negan being my favourite, and smiling with the bastard. Other favourites have been Caleb the evil priest from Buffy, evil Spike from Buffy, Lucifer on Supernatural (or the devil in pretty much anything). Barbossa from the Pirates movies, Loki, Ledger's Joker... But Negan is definately a current favourite. It helps that JDM is one of my favourite actors. I've wanted him to play a hardcore villain since he was possessed for about 5 minutes in the first season of supernatural. He makes a great bad guy. Just wish he didn't have the power to make me smile with him as he tortures characters I love...

It feels like Negan won the 2016 election.

I love Negan from the comics, but I gotta say, I'm a bit disappointed in the way they are having Jeffrey Dean Morgan portray him so far.

I knew there was going to be trouble when Morgan said that he's not going to play Negan over the top.

This is a very different Negan than the one from the comics.

The one from the comics is a CHARACTER for sure!! HE's memorable!

He's extremely foul-mouthed! He's bi-polar as a MUTHA! He talked to his bat Lucy like it's a female. He's extremely bold and brash! -- I can see how he's able to scare all those killers and be leader of the pack! And he's husky too.

But Morgan is much more like your run of the mill badguy, with a bat.

I think they should have been a bit more careful about who they chose to play Negan, since he's going to be the top most important characters and if not the most popular character in the Walking Dead! He's like the anti-hero!

I love the actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but so far I'm a bit disappointed. Wasted opportunity.
