THE WALKING DEAD Sneak Peek: "The Distance"

Wow, how intense was tonight's episode of AMC's hit television series, The Walking Dead? I'm not sure if they'll be able to duplicate that level of intensity, but I'm sure they'll try their best. Take a look at a sneak peek from next Sunday's "The Distance" episode.

If you don't like the show, then don't watch. Goddamn annoying ass people who hate the show and yet they continue to watch it.

Tonight's action was all metaphysical, and yeah it was pretty intense. The whole We are the Walking Dead schtick was hokey, but there's probably a few dummies out in tvland that still hadn't realized that.
I also would have been fine with it if they had fallen for that water trap early in the episode, passed out drugged and woke up in Negan's party bus.

Sasha used the same knife on Abraham that she used on a zombie...that's like sharing needles! If he doesn't turn into a walker...then...zombie AIDS!

I thought the same. Food and water would not be a problem in Georgia. There's going to be giant lakes everywhere with plenty of road signs leading the way. In the country, loads of people have wells that would last for years. Then you have orchards every few miles, and deer would be so plentiful that they'd see several a day. Frickin land o plenty!

They did the Aaron character way too soon. Only a matter of time before they get to the Alexander Safe Zone. Show is coming up fast on the comics. Kirkman trying his best to not be George R.R. Martined!

Oh man, what a great show. And what a great season this has been. Really since Gimple took over, it's stopped being about "action Action ACTION!" and more about actual STORY and character dev. If you don't like it now, cool, go watch a michael bay film instead. The best thing, I think, is how faithful they are able to remain to the story and heart of the comics while also making it unpredictive and entirely it's own, separate, experience.

As long as Kirkman is in the lead, this show will continue to thrive, no matter the showrunner (but Gimple has been exceptional imo)

Like another reader said, if you don't like it don't watch and complain here. Or at least give me some constructive criticism to work with, i mean dayum.

And btw, there are still 5-6 more seasons till it catches up to where to comics are CURRENTLY. That's 5-6 years of additional issues to be written.

Negan's not even gonna be a factor till season 7-8, no matter how much we hope. There are still a number of story arcs to cover, which becomes even more with the non-comic book storylines that the show includes.

@Gusto apparently it hadn't rained in quite a while. Also, they are in VA (~60 miles from DC) at this point, out of GA.
