ARROW: First Official Look At Megalyn Echikunwoke As 'Vixen'

We got a glimpse of Megalyn E.K. as Mari McCabe, AKA Vixen, via yesterday's set snap, but now EW has released an official image of the actress in full costume as the live-action take on the Tantu Totem-powered DC hero as she'll appear on the CW's Arrow. Check it out after the jump...

After voicing the character in animated form on the CW Seed's Vixen cartoon, Megalyn Echikunwoke (or simply Megalyn E.K. as she seems to be going by now) will bring her to live-action life on Arrow.

We still don't know in what capacity E.K. will be introduced as Mari McCabe, but if the below image is anything to go by her animal abilities will be present in all their glory. What do you guys think of the costume?


E.K. will appear in episode 14 of Arrow’s fourth season, which airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

Of course it looks good, the Arrow team didn't design it from scrap. They had to take the one from the CW animated series.

Meh. Yet another bi-racial actress playing a Black character. It wouldn't hurt for one character to be a "Black" actress. I did like the animation though.
