Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is a good man and even though he knows that Earth-2's Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) isn't his Laurel, he's still been staying heavily involved in her life, trying to be the father figure she never had. However, it looks like all of that effort may have been for naught as it looks like he'll learn this week that she's still very much in leagues with Ricardo Diaz (Kirk Acevedo), which should make for one very awkward dinner.

Elsewhere, we also have a few new photos of New Team Arrow getting to work while Oliver (Stephen Amell) seemingly shirks his responsibilities as the Emerald Archer to get a drink with Anatoly (David Nykl).

Check out twelve new promotional stills from episode twenty, titled "Shifting Allegiances," below:

"Shifting Allegiances" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

RENE RETURNS TO NTA - Oliver (Stephen Amell) turns to an old friend to help battle Diaz (guest star Kirk Acevedo). Meanwhile, Rene (Rick Gonzalez) is out of the hospital but has a hard time re-adjusting to life as Wild Dog. Also, Lance (Paul Blackthorne) discovers something shocking about Black Siren (Katie Cassidy). Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Rebecca Bellotto (#620). Original airdate 4/26/2018.

I like how we switched from happy Quentin with E2 Laurel to angry Quentin in the next pic when Diaz joins them.

Sad that they did not include any picture of the fight between Oliver and Diaz. Maybe Anatoly sets him up?

Also, these pics spoil too of the things the synopsis teases:

-The old friend that Oliver turns to is Anatoly.

-Lance finding out that Black Siren is with Diaz in a relationship of sorts is the shocking thing he discovers.

Arrow season 6 has been a slow burn for me, but the last two episodes have really waken me up. Hope they can keep it up to the season finale

@bathawk7 - Indeed. He's the right kind of villain for Green Arrow.

They last episode was great , great story telling and they gave the whole episode to the villian go flesh out the arc , this has been a good season. People give it flack because it suffers from what season 3 did which was succeeding a great season. Diaz is a great arrow villain. Dude Is going to be a problem for Oliver , I like how it’s going back to basics like season 1 which is the best season , season 2 was good with deathstroke and being the season that introduced the flash and league of assassins but season 1 was the best season and didn’t too much feel like a ca show . Never forget , before there was Prometheus , there was malcolmmerlyn the dark archer.

It will be interesting to see who the villain is in the next season. I'd really enjoy Onomatopoeia to make an appearance once. I doubt it'll happen, but Catman would be fun. I also think Sportsmaster could work, because I doubt we'll be seeing Deathstroke anytime soon.
