ARROW: Oliver Queen Gets An Intervention In New Photos From Season 6, Episode 18: "Fundamentals"

While Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) is still on good terms with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and William (Jack Moore), it sounds like he may be on the verge of tossing them out of Team Arrow as well this week as his frustrations continue to mount up.

Luckily, he'll get a timely intervention from Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), who tries to talk some sense into him, and he'll also get a visit from someone that's just being described as "a ghost from his past." Could this hint at the return of Tommy Merlyn (Colin Donnell)?

OLIVER IS VISITED BY A GHOST FROM HIS PAST - In his darkest place yet, Oliver (Stephen Amell) wonders if he has failed at everything - being a father, a mayor and a hero. His frustration rising, Oliver lashes out at Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and William (guest star Jack Moore). A surprising visit from an old friend has Oliver questioning his next move. Ben Bray directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Emilio Ortega Aldrich (#618). Original airdate 4/12/2018.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice. As the Green Arrow, he protects his city with the help of Team Arrow with former soldier John Diggle, computer-science expert Felicity Smoak, his vigilante-trained sister Thea Queen, Deputy Mayor Quentin Lance, brilliant inventor Curtis Holt, and his new recruits, street-savvy Rene Ramirez and meta-human Dinah Drake. Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family”.

The "ghost from his past" is likely his S1/S2 self, Vertigo likely kicking in thanks to Diaz.
