Still haven't warmed up to Candice Patton's Iris West. Right now I don't think she and Barry have any type of chemistry whatsoever.
Otherwise, the show's quite entertaining. Love Cisco !

The Flash is the most fearless and true comicbook tv show ever.
They are pulling it off in grand style.
No matter how many seasons it gets,or how high or low the ratings will end up,but for me,this show is the most passionate comicbook tv property.
It's only a matter of time,other comicbook tv shows follow the path of The Cw's The Flash

All they need to do is,introduce villains who aren't created by that explosion.Some self-made villains or techy villains will be the best option right now.Occasional metahumans will be cool though.

The Flash. One of the best shows on TV right now.

Yeah Cap'n Cold, Heatwave yeah.
The PiedPiper is another one of those but the fact that they are in one way or another related to star labs is the part they need to change.They need to be self-made or at least be created by something else than the labs.This is also another way to establish a villain with a backstory which currently this great show is missing.

@aquasmaugbeatlehood

I think it's the worst one about- i still watch it cos it's better than nothing but I think it is pretty much exactly the same as Smallville season 9 but with worse acting. It's overly cheesey.

Arrow is in my opinion a far better show- it is treading genuinely new ground every week, I genuinely don't know what will happen next most of the time- the characters are all changing at a natural and believable pace as well. I love it- they killed off the wrong Lance sister but beyond that I don't think they have set a foot wrong.

Also they are using villains that are believable in the Arrowverse, the Flash is building up to the introduction of a talking monkey and time travelers......

You may be correct in as far as the Flash is a more loyal interpretation of the comic character but i don't think its can hold a candle to Arrow's writing (even Barry sounds and acts better when he's featured in an Arrow story)

Looking forward to Arrow season 3 I haven't seen it yet but season 2 was great. it will be good to see Laurel as Canary too and Thea hopefully becomes Speedy. I hope season 3 is as good as season 2 I haven't seen The Flash yet but im interested to as I have heard its a good show

@Parker
Talking monkey and time travellers are always cool if they are Grodd and ReverseFlash.
I agree Arrow is a more universal show than The Flash (at the moment) but being a comicbook adaption The Flash is answering more questions than the arrow ever did.
Both shows have great things about them and also the bad ones.
All im saying is Flash is a more true,faithful and a fearless show(brown suit will eventually become red) and meanwhile Arrow is a good show who aims for everyone.

They said from the start..

The Flash was going to be a "true" comic-book tv show. Really, the first of it's kind. They are trying to make it as if it leaped out of a comic-book and onto the tv screen.

They are succeeding in this, in every single way. It was a very bold move, but one that many of us really like. They can very slowly start introducing this element into Arrow, which is why they are bringing in the element of "resurrection"

Geoff Johns is a amazing writer and probably a reason this show is so true to the source material and just plain amazing as super hero stuff goes

On Tuesday, not only does the The Flash return, but that is also the same day the Resident Evil HD remake is released on consoles.

It's going to be a great day!
