This season in my opinion has been a lot better than the last 2. Still find Felicity annoying, I don't know why exactly because she hasn't done anything that annoying recently. I like the bit where Oliver was talking to the Police Captain about how the Green Arrow has done a lot for this city and it would make no sense for him to kill a detective and become bad.
