I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS. I don't care how bad the season is, as long as they don't [frick] up this or the crossover episode then I'll be happy

This is gonna be the greatest episode of Arrow ever! This looks so beautiful. o honestly believe that the reason he's only capable of being used for one episode is because Matt is going to be Constantine in Justice League Dark.

5 seasons of Arrow, Flash, and Constantine vs a film universe consisting 1 film?
LEVITIKUZ

@HAILHYDRA

It's not exactly a fair contest when we've had 3 seasons of one show and 1 season of a spin off show and currently have 2 seasons 1 of each show going on along with a 3rd show gonna happen....

In comparison to one movie......

Still a bit peeved they cancelled Constantine. It wasn't the best show, but it had it's moments. And more than that, Matt Ryan was brilliant as Constantine, he definitely deserved another season. Hope he sticks around in some semi-regular capacity right.

That moment when you realize what you said makes absolutely no sense..

So all you guys think that it's unfair to say that one franchise is outdoing another franchise when one is much further along than the other, but they've both had roughly the same amount of time to develop?
HAILHYDRA
HAILHYDRA - 10/28/2015, 5:00 PM
There hasn't been anything keeping WB/DC from producing movies the last three years, but they haven't came out with anything since 2013. Meanwhile, the TV universe is producing spin-offs full of crossovers. The producers of the TV universe are clearly more confident than film producers are.

@HAILHYDRA

Let's be real, DC TV got their shit together before the DCEU did. DC and WB have had years to do it and their just now doing it. DCEU looks good, but they've been late to the party for years. It took a few f*uck ups (GL, SUPERMAN RETURNS, JONAH HEX) and ending TDK Trilogy for them to say "hey let's get into the cinematic universe, I think we know how now"
GhostDog
GhostDog - 10/28/2015, 5:04 PM
@HAILHYDRA there had been something keeping them from producing films the last three years: the huge production of BvS and making sure they make it right...taking their time and honestly, they've probably been contemplating how to establish the universe as quickly as possible to play catch up lol. I agree with you that their confidence may not be as strong as DC TV's people behind the scenes

@kr08 how the [frick] can he show up in JLDark if he's been on a show already, including the CW verse. Highly doubt they'll cast him for the movie, though I wish they would.

The DCEU timeline isn't that far off from the MCU timeline before the first team up Avengers or Justice League repectively

I'm positive that WB is confident in the films or else that wouldn't have an entire slate of movies lined up

Really Jollem, that's the best you got? So iron man 3 is worse than green lantern, or superman returns? Or even for that matter catwoman, Elektra or X-Men origins: wolverine? Yeah I didn't think so.

Matt Ryan is one of the best casting in comic book adaptations, I'm glad he's getting at least one more appearance. Hopefully they put him on the next Legends of Tomorrow season.
