So from the Stephen Amell interview, I have concluded that Oliver might accept to become the next Ra's al Ghul, just to stop Starling City from being attacked.

Yep, he's probably like the Malcolm Thawne character, except he'll become Reverse-Flash, not Cobalt Blue. His accent though.
