Three Things I Learned From The ARROW Episode "Draw Back Your Bow" *SPOILER ALERT*

Wednesday night's episode of Arrow was jam packed with teasers to move the season forward. Obvious SPOILER ALERT if you haven't seen it yet.

Note:This is my first article, so please be kind.

The Arrow episode Draw Back Your Bow may not have been one of the best this season, but the flashbacks and character moments gave a lot of hints for the upcoming episodes. Arrow Producer Andrew Kreisberg created the character "Cupid", so he may have been motivated to put more into the episode.

Bonus points to the CW for changing the title card and remixing the theme.

There are three things I'd like to point out from last night's show:

1. Ray Palmer/A.T.O.M. - It really looks like Ray Palmer may end up in costume on Arrow by the season's end. The costume has the same colors as the classic suit, but with more of an Iron Patriot exosuit design. The suit also seems to feature an open-faced visor like the New 52 Atom and appears like it may be the first non leather type costume on the show.

The question I have is, did Ray Palmer come up with this or did he steal the idea from the OMAC files?

2. Roy Harper/Arsenal - The cupid episode is the first time Oliver calls Roy by his codename and it happens without any fanfare. Maybe they considered the last episode the real introduction. You also see Oliver and Roy in their first real scene alone together in their street clothes. It seems like they are really starting to become friends for the first time like their comic counterparts.

The question about this, why did Oliver call Roy "Arsenal" on the comm' device (No one calls Oliver "Arrow")?

3. Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana - Like Ray Palmer in the present day, Tatsu really seemed like the focus of the flashbacks. When she and Oliver were talking about the word "gaijin" in the car, she even put emphasis on the word "Outsider" and used a Katana to kill to acknowledge the character's comic origins. It really, really seems to me like Katana is the person who killed Sara. Maybe it was because something happens to her family while they are looking after Oliver. Maybe she did it to clear her debt with Ras (The man in Japan that they crossed), but the flashbacks always connect to the present day and it really seems to me like they are building her character up to be the killer.

The Question I have about Katana is, has she joined the League and maybe that would cause Sara to let her guard down (If she is the killer)?

It was a fantastic episode in my opinion. Captain Boomerang showed up at the end and Harley Quinn was referenced but these were the points that stuck with me.

Again, these were things I noticed and I do love this show and this site! Thank you for taking the time to read.
